Carnival Cruise Lines charts first Asia cruise from Australia
Carnival Cruise Lines’ resident ship, the 88,500gt Carnival Spirit which was permanently homeported in Sydney in October 2012, will make an inaugural cruise-fly and fly-cruise voyage to Asia next year.

The 2,680-passenger ship will depart Sydney on August 1, 2015, on a 15-day voyage to Singapore via Brisbane, the Whitsundays, Darwin, Lombok and Bali.

In Singapore Carnival Spirit will go into drydock for a two-week upgrade. On August 30 she will make the return 15-day voyage to Sydney. Fares for both sectors are priced from A$1,049 quad-share.
 
Carnival is also offering a cruise-fly voyage to Hawaii aboard Carnival Legend which will make her maiden season in Australia from September 22.
 
The 18-day repositioning voyage leaves Sydney on April 20, 2015, calling at ports in Fiji and Tahiti before arriving in Honolulu.
 
There will be an 18-day repositioning voyage from Honolulu to Sydney on September 26, 2015, when Carnival Legend returns to Australia for a second 2015/16 season.
