CLIA Australasia welcomes South Pacific Cruise Alliance

CLIA Australasia welcomes South Pacific Cruise Alliance
As foreshadowed, the South Pacific Cruise Alliance was formally welcomed today as a new executive partner of CLIA Australasia.

Another new executive partner is Wild Earth Travel, an Australasian small ship and expedition cruise wholesaler which represents numerous CLIA member lines around the globe.

Executive partners were previously known as associate members and the new title is in keeping with CLIA’s structure worldwide.

CLIA Australasia gm Brett Jardine said the expansion of its executive partner ranks reflects ‘increasing recognition of the value of the cruising industry and the benefits that CLIA offers its members.’

SPCA president, Capt. Ollivier Amaru, said its membership is an important step in the recognition of the South Pacific’s commitment to cruising.

‘This is an excellent opportunity to engage with cruise lines and promote South Pacific cruises with cruise specialist travel agents through CLIA’s highly reputable network,’ Amaru said.
