Michelle Fee - 'tickled' to serve as godmother
Michelle Fee, ceo and co-founder of Cruise Planners, will serve as the godmother of AmaWaterways' AmaSerena during festivities on July 29 in Vilshofen, Germany.

'As the ceo of one of the largest home-based travel franchise organizations in the nation, Michelle has been an influential leader in the travel industry and we could not be more excited to have her join our family at AmaWaterways,' said Kristin Karst, evp and co-owner of AmaWaterways.

'I love how each AmaWaterways ship is custom-designed with amazing attention to detail and the line focuses on luxury service while still offering an intimate, family-run atmosphere,' Fee said. 'At Cruise Planners, we pride ourselves on creating a similar culture and I am tickled to be godmother of AmaSerena.'

The 164-passenger vessel will operate seven- and 14-night cruises along the Danube, Main, Rhine, Dutch and Belgian waterways.

AmaSerena offers spacious accommodations, most with AmaWaterways’ twin balconies. New are connecting staterooms, convenient for families and groups.

Accommodations have an entertainment on demand system with free access to the Internet, the latest Hollywood movies, a music library and more.

Other AmaSerena amenities are salon and massage services, fitness rooms, sun decks and heated swimming pools with swim-up bars. Wine, beer and soft drinks are included with lunch and dinner.
