Disney officials assist BVI with customer service training
Representatives of the Disney Institute delivered presentations on customer service and Disney Cruise Line at a workshop for tourism stakeholders in the British Virgin Islands.

Officials from the BVI Tourist Board, including director of tourism Sharon Flax-Mars, and the BVI Ports Authority were involved in the meeting.

The long-term berthing agreement signed between Disney Cruise Line and the ports authority paved the way for hospitality and customer service training through the Disney Institute.

BVI is expanding its cruise pier at Tortola's Road Town to handle the latest generation of ships and creating a landside development, Tortola Pier Park, with retail, entertainment and food and beverage outlets.
