Executive changes at Intercruises' North America & Caribbean division
Intercruises announced several changes to its North America & Caribbean business.

Enric Noguer, president North America & Caribbean, has left Intercruises after taking a position with a leading global hotels group and Laura Vlad is assuming the role responsible for the combined operations of all Intercruises businesses across North America and the Caribbean.

Vlad has extensive cruise industry experience and operations understanding, as well as in depth knowledge of the Intercruises business. She previously held the role of regional director Asia, successfully leading Intercruises’ growth in the region for five years.
 
Robert Blythman has been appointed as senior director shorex North America, effective March 4, 2015, and James Brownrigg as manager shorex Pacific North West.

Blythman has worked in the cruise industry for over 20 years for a leading cruise line and recently held the position of director of tour operations. He will work closely with Vlad and the company's operations teams on both coasts. Brownrigg has over fourteen years’ cruise industry experience and will lead product development and shore excursions delivery in the Pacific North West.

Marie Guerineau continues in her role as director product development North America and Celeste Gladstone, vp client relationships, will resume her international role with Intercruises, focusing on worldwide business development.
