Following the premiere voyage, from the end of February through early May, Koningsdam will operate six 12-day premiere sailings on two alternating itineraries round-trip from Civitavecchia. The first itinerary calls at Katakolon, Piraeus (Athens), Rhodes and Crete, Greece; Istanbul (overnight) and Kusadasi (for Ephesus), Turkey; and Naples. The other itinerary visits Naples, Palermo (Sicily), Cagliari (Sardinia), Gibraltar and Spain's Cádiz, Málaga, Cartagena and Barcelona (overnight).

HAL said details on Koningsdam's summer and fall 2016 cruises are being finalized, and information will be released in the coming months. Cruise fares on premier sailings start at $999 per person, double occupancy. Taxes are additional.
