Magellan takes on the CMV look in Greece
Cruise & Maritime Voyages’ new ship Magellan is getting the final touches in Greece before setting sail for the UK.

The new member of the CMV fleet is to be officially named in at the London Cruise Terminal in Tilbury March 12.

Mike Hall CMV’s head of marketing said, ‘To say we are all excited is an understatement. There is something special when you see your logo on the funnel and the ‘swish’ on the side for the first time. Like all CMV vessels Magellan will be an adult-only ship offering a traditional British cruise experience.’

Magellan is the latest addition to the CMV fleet and joins Marco Polo, Azores and Astor.  At 46,052gt Magellan will carry about 1,250 passengers accommodated in 726 cabins spanning nine passenger decks.
