Seabourn rolls out schedules for fall 2015, early 2016
Seabourn has announced its schedule of cruises for autumn 2015 and winter/spring 2016, featuring more than 70 departures of 10 to 97 days in length.

The three ships, Seabourn Odyssey, Seabourn Sojourn and Seabourn Quest, will sail to destinations on all seven continents.

The schedule includes 25 destinations that are either maiden calls or ports that the cruise line has not visited in years. Among the notable additions are visits to South Korea, China and Japan aboard Seabourn Sojourn, as well as the South Pacific Isles on Seabourn Odyssey.

Perennial favourites such as Antarctica, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, Arabia, Canada/New England, the Panama Canal and the Caribbean will also be offered.

In addition, the schedule includes visits to destinations featuring shore excursions to many UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

‘From the historic and culturally-rich destinations in Asia to Antarctica, our ships will sail to many of the most desirable locations across the globe,’ said John Delaney, Seabourn’s svp of marketing and sales.

Seabourn Sojourn’s Asia season begins with a 14-day roundtrip from Singapore to Malaysia and Myanmar, where the ship will stay in Yangon (Rangoon) for three days to allow plenty of time for guests to explore the city, the 2,000-plus temples at Bagan and the fabled city of Mandalay.

Seabourn Sojourn's 14-day Vietnam and Thailand sailing from Singapore to Hong Kong, includes Christmas Day in Cambodia (Angkor Wat) and New Year’s Day in Halong Bay Vietnam. Other highlights include visits to a collection of islands in the Philippine Archipelago and a 21-day round-trip from Hong Kong to Korea, China and Japan.

Seabourn Odyssey will offer four 12-day sailings from Ft. Lauderdale to the Caribbean. Following a 20-day Holiday Panama Canal sailing from Ft. Lauderdale to Los Angeles, Seabourn Odyssey will sail a 77-day circumnavigation around the South Pacific, visiting a string of isles, including French Polynesia, Cook Islands, New Caledonia, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji, Samoa, and Hawaii, as well as New Zealand and Australia.

Seabourn Quest begins the fall season exploring North America’s northeast coast with a series of 10-day Canadian Maritime and New England sailings, featuring an overnight in Québec City. The ship then heads down the Atlantic coast to the Amazon and then along the Brazilian coast to arrive in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to start its third season in Antarctica and Patagonia. The four 21- to 24-day voyages will sail between Valparaíso, Chile and Buenos Aires, and include six days of cruising and complimentary landings on the Antarctic Continent.
