A new 16-page brochure detailing Un-Cruise Adventures’ Columbia and Snake river cruises is available for travel agents. The 88-passenger SS Legacy sails week-long cruises round-trip Portland, Ore., from April through November.

'People are beginning to discover that we have an incredibly scenic river cruise opportunity right here in the western USA,' said Tim Jacox, principal and evp of Seattle-based Un-Cruise Adventures. 'A separate brochure better distinguishes our two river cruise itineraries, each with distinct programming.'

The brochure provides information on the 'Legacy of Discovery' itinerary with its living history program and 'Ameritage! Four Rivers of Wine & History' with its focus on regional wine. Both cruises offer stunning Pacific Northwest scenery, from the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area to the rolling hills of the Palouse.

The 'Legacy of Discovery' itinerary includes shoreside tours and on-board presentations focused on Lewis and Clark’s expedition, the Oregon Trail, Native Americans, early pioneers and entrepreneurs. Highlights include a jet boat tour into Hells Canyon, Multnomah Falls, Bonneville Dam, a private tasting at a Washington winery, Fort Walla Walla, Maryhill Museum, Columbia Gorge Discovery Center, Astoria’s Columbia River Maritime Museum, Fort Clatsop and transit of eight locks.

Rates start at $3,195 per person, double occupancy.

The 'Ameritage! Four Rivers of Wine & History' itinerary is offered August 15, 22 and 29 and Sept. 5, 2015. The voyage highlights the burgeoning wine regions in Washington and Oregon including Walla Walla, recently named one of the Top 10 wine regions in the world. A local wine expert is on board for the week to lead presentations and wine tastings. Tastings at nine wineries are included in the cruise fare.

Rates begin at $3,695 per person, double occupancy.

Fares include all activities, fine wine, premium spirits, microbrews, a massage, transfers and port charges, taxes and fees.
