Virgin Australia becomes CLIA Australasia's third airline partner
Virgin Australia has signed on with CLIA Australasia as an airline executive partner, joining Emirates and Air New Zealand.

The airline is one of 45 companies exhibiting at CLIA Australasia’s 2015 cruise3sixty which will be held at The Star Events Centre in Sydney on Friday.

Virgin Australia’s gm global sales, Shirley Field, said membership was an important step for the airline, which services many cruise embarkation ports in Australasia.

‘Virgin Australia’s network extends across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific islands so it makes sense to foster greater coordination through CLIA Australasia,’ Field said.

‘A strong partnership between Virgin Australia and CLIA Australasia is good news for our customers as it enables us to work more closely to provide a seamless experience for our guests.’

CLIA Australasia’s gm Brett Jardine said bringing key players together through the association is an enormous benefit for members and the cruising public.
