Voyages to Antiquity charts Namibia, South Africa
Voyages to Antiquity's winter 2015/16 schedule offers 14 new destinations and four new itineraries with highlights including the deserts of the Western Sahara, wildlife, palm-fringed islands and a winter holiday cruise in South Africa. Other destinations include the Indian Ocean, Southeast Asia and the ancient civilizations of the Red Sea and Mediterranean.

Passengers can explore wild Namibia and sail down its Skeleton Coast, spend at least two nights in Cape Town with trips to Robben Island and Table Mountain, and go on included game drives in national parks.

Other experiences are sailing up the river to the heart of Yangon for a two-night stay to explore Burma, cruising through the Straits of Malacca to colonial Malaysia and cosmopolitan Singapore and sailing via Sri Lanka to the west coast of India before disembarking at Mumbai and flying north for a five-day land tour of the Golden Triangle.

All itineraries include a significant proportion of land-based exploration.

US brochure prices start at $6,395 per person for a 14-day cruise-tour, including scheduled flights and transfers on arrival. Prices include domestic flight connections via London from seven regional airports, shore excursions, gratuities to cabin and restaurant staff on board and wine with dinner.

There are savings of more than $11,000 per cabin for early bookers as well as low supplements for single travelers in selected cabins. Itinerary details are at www.voyagestoantiquity.com.
